As endurance athletes, I know you will either be working, training, spending time with family and friends or racing with not a lot of time for anything else. Hydration is such an important subject to an endurance athlete in fact when I work 1:1 with my clients I tell them that it is more important than the food you eat in an event because if you’re not adequately hydrated, your gut won’t work properly meaning you won’t be able to access the energy you need.
